From focused motivational and educational communication, to My Wellness Center, your employees will be guided through their Wellness program. When they visit My Wellness Center, they will be able to engage in Action Plans and Challenges, which are designed in to take them through, literally step-by-step activities designed with health improvement in mind. With access to their HRA and Biometrics Data, as well as an optional Portable Personal Health Record, your employees will be educated health care consumers when they visit their care providers.

From an employers perspective, the most important part of the wellness program is broken down into two categories – Participation and Data! We are experts in driving participation. We often hear stories from companies launching a program and getting between 5% & 35% percent participation. Our experience shows that we can get your participation between 70% and 90%!

Data, the other component is just as critical, if not more so. You are making decisions daily about the future of your company, from budgets to benefits – you need real time data that is accurate and meaningful. You will have access to the aggregate data you need-in the form of real-time reports on participation, HRA results and Biometric Screenings, Future Disease Risks, etc. You get your Annual Reports when the wellness year ends – imagine that!
